Warrior Diet Tip of the Week 2

Warrior diet tip of the week #2, drinks instead of the high glycemic soft drinks such as Coke Cola, Pepsi, Big Red, or poisonous energy drinks such as red bull, Monster, etc. try switching to natural alternatives such as coffee, non sweet tea, herbal teas like green tea or make your own blend of low glycemic fruit juices... during the daytime hours. If you are going to drink fruit juice it is best to make your own with a blender at home. Store bought fruit juices lose the live enzymes that are present in juices which have been immediately blended. These healthy drinks when used in proper quantity allow you something besides water to drink throughout the day.

Warrior Diet Tip of the Week 1

Breakfast is known as the most important meal of the day but it is what actually holds peoples progress back. The main meals eaten for breakfast (bacon, toast, cereal,) cause an insulin spike and/or tax the digestive system right off of the bat and set you up for failure. So in...stead of a big heavy insulin spiking breakfast have some low glycemic fruit, few eggs or veggies so start out your day. You will feel more energized and less sluggish thorough the day.
