Warrior Diet Tip of the Week 3
Sweeteners: If you need something a little sweet for a drink during the day or if a recipe calls for sugar you can use alternative sources for sweeteners instead. Most artificial sweeteners are bad for you and contain aspartame, saccharin, sucrose etc. however there are good sources of low glycemic zero calorie sweeteners on the market now such as stevia or low glycemic sweeteners such as Agave nectar which when used in proper quantities are a great alternative to sugar or artificial sweeteners.
