Youth Strength and Conditioning Camp

CrossFit Seguin will be hosting a Youth Athlete Strength and Conditioning Camp.

Strength Beyond Strength is a 6 Week Strength and Conditioning Camp for High School and Junior High Athletes and future athletes ages 13-17 years old. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of movement and lifting that are necessary to improve athletic performance and prevent injury. Instructors are Certified in CrossFit, Kettlebells, and Underground Strength.

Topics Covered:
  • Basics of Body Weight Movement: Squats, Push Ups, Pull Ups, and Plyometrics
  • Barbell Lifts: Dead Lift, Power Clean, Squat, Power Snatch, and more
  • Kettlebell Lifts: Swing, Clean, Snatch, TGU, Jerk, and more
  • Underground Strength: Tires, Sleds, Hammers, Atlas Stones,Odd Lifts, Carries and more
Class Description:
Athletes will be taken through a dynamic stretch and warm up followed by skill work on various exercises. Each class will include a challenging work out designed to improve the Athletes Strength and Conditioning. Class will finish with a stretch and cool down. Three Instructors per class, limit 12 boys and 12 girls. Parents are not allowed in the training room during class time.

Tuition: $300
