TKC Testimonial!

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and have been involved with strength and fitness for the past 12 years. I have also ran two marathons, used both P90X and Insanity, and done countless different types of workouts. Without a doubt, the classes at TKC are the most physically and mentally challenging workouts I have gone through. Both Jesus and David are great with their clients, and they design creative workouts that can benefit people of all fitness levels. These workouts aren't your typical walk on the treadmill while watching Oprah. But if you want something different, challenging and fun, stop by TKC. And don't worry about other people seeing how "out-of-shape" you are or watching you work out...everyone's so focused on just surviving their own station, no one has the energy to pay attention to what you're doing!
