Workout of the Week 18;

1. KB/BB Dead Lift
2. 2KB Alternating Press
3. Med Ball Slam
4. 2Hand Swings
5. Battling Ropes
6. 2KB Squat
7. Pull Ups/Body weight Rows (Rings)

x2 @ 40sec on 15sec off, x1 30sec on 15 sec off(3 times total)

10min Time Limit Challenge: 20/12 Workout. Do 2 rounds. The first round do 20reps of each exercise(1-7) then start back at the top for round 2, do 12reps for each exercise(1-7). Breaks are on you. Try to complete it in under 10min.

1. 2KB Squat Press
2. Star Jumps
3. 2KB Bent Rows
4. Box Jumps
5. Ab Crushers(1KB)
6. Burpees
7. Sumo DL to Up Right Row(1KB)
(2 Rounds: 20reps 1st Round/ 12reps 2nd Round)
