Side Effects

WARNING!


Some of the side effects of training at the Texas Kettlebell Club and CrossFit Seguin include:

Loss of Fat, Muscle Gain, Increase in Strength and Endurance. You may also find yourself wanting to Lift Heavy Objects and randomly flip into a Handstand in Public. You may notice yourself doing normal everyday tasks "For Time".
