Pull ups-5
Push ups-10
Squats-15
2. "Prisoner workout"
Burpees 1-20 for time
(Do 1 burpee walk to the other end of the gym or to a certain point(short distance) and do 2 burpees. Go back and forth laddering up in numbers till you do 20 burpees.) Try to keep it under 15min.
3. More Body Weight Workouts.
1.Pull ups-25
2.Hindu Push ups-25
3.V-Sit Ups-25
4.Hindu Squats-25
X 2 For Time.
4. Pull Ups/Lunge Super Set
1. Pull Ups
2. Jumping Lunges: 5,7,10,12,15
5. The 200 Hindu Squat Challenge: Do it under 5min.
