1. Dead Lift Challenge 50reps for time. Men 255#/Women 185#

1.Thrusters BB or KB-20(Men 95# BB- 2x 53# KB/ Women 65#BB-2x 35# KB)
2. Hindu Push Ups- 30
3. Star Jumps-40
4. Hindu Squats-50

AMRAP in 20min.
