Workout of the Week 31;

1. 2KB Swings
J/R- 1min
2. 2KB Cleans
J/R- 1min
3. 2KB Push Press
J/R- 1min
4. 2KB Squat
J/R- 1min
5. Burpees
J/R- 1min

x3 Non Stop( Do 30-40sec or 10reps of the KB exercises and Burpees with 1min of Jump Rope in between each. Repeat 3-4 times non stop.)

Finisher:
2DB Man Maker
1KB Ab Crusher: 5,7,10,12
(This variation of the man maker is as follows: 1 Renegade Row each arm in the push up position, Clean/ Squat to Press, that's one rep.)
