Workout of the Week 1;

Warm Up; Empty Bar: Olympic Snatch 5sets x5reps / Over Head Squat 3sets x 5reps.

1. Snatch 10L/10R
2. Push Ups-20
3. Sit Ups-30
4. Frog Jumps-40

AMRAP in 20min

Finish: 400 meter jog.
