Many of the foods we commonly eat could be holding back progress. Foods• Soy products – soy milk, tofu, soy protein, isolate, soy isoflavones supplements• Conventional meats and poultry• Conventional dairy• Pesticide-treated produce• Pork products – meat and lard• Omega 6 oils – canola, mazola, rapeseed, corn, soy• Alfalfa sprouts• Plastic bottled water.
